Fall Fiber Fiesta!
Join us for New Mexico’s largest fiber art showcase! Now is the time to apply for EVFAC’s Fall Fiber Fiesta. Fall Fiber Fiesta will be in person this year at our usual location: The Scottish Rite Temple, Santa Fe. This year’s show will take place the weekend before Thanksgiving: Novermber 17th, 18th, 19th.
All items sold at this sale must be handmade fiber art, made by the artists. This is an EVFAC artist member show. Artists must be up to date on their memberships. If you are not up to date please re-new your membership here.

Fall Fiber Fiesta will be held at the Scottish Rite Temple, located at 463 Paseo De Peralta, Santa Fe. Applications are due by November 1st, 2023.
Novermber 17th, 18th, 19th.
Load in times are Friday from 12pm-3pm.
Load out is Sunday after 4pm. Artists ARE NOT PERMITTED to pack up early.
The show will take place at the following times:
Friday 4pm-7pm
Saturday 10am-4pm
Sunday 10am-4pm.
Show space is 10’ x 5’.
Show Rates:
Individual Artist Table: $225
Shared Table: $275
EVFAC will no longer be acting as cashier at Fall Fiber Fiesta. EVFAC will now require artists to take all of their own payments. Artists will keep 100% of their profits at this show.
What does this mean for the artist? It means that you can accept cash, checks, venmo or credit card payments on your own. You will need to have access to your own smartphone, or tablet (ipad/chromebook/etc) to use a Square card reader or take venmo payments. We will do our best to accommodate ALL members who want to participate. However, space is limited. Please apply in a timely fashion to ensure your spot.
Each artist will have their own display and must be present for the duration of the event. ARTISTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PACK UP EARLY. IF YOU PACK UP EARLY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE EVFAC SHOWS.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before October 15th, 2023: Full Refund, Cancellations after October 15th, 2023: Half Refund.
If anyone would like to help organize this event please get in touch. We will be seeking someone who is not displaying at the Scottish Rite Temple to be there during that weekend as artist support and general problem solver. We also will need greeters at the door. Please ask your friends if they would be interested in these volunteer positions during the event!
